This document could not be registered...

I receive the message "This document could not be registered. It will not be
possible to create links from other documents to this document." when
starting Microsoft Word 2003. This was a fresh install on a Windows XP SP2
machine.

I have managed to find an article (KB) relating to this matter, however, it
relates to Microsoft Word 97.

I have repaired Office 2003 (via Setup), but the problem persists.

Hi Dona,

I have managed to fix the problem. If I remember correctly, I uninstalled
Office and re-installed it. I'm not sure if that fixed the problem though,
because I've formatted my pc along the way aswell.

I ubsinstalled reinstalled, read all the forums about this message but can't
get rid of it....
What can i do ?
