Tie audio/video to custom animation

I use Powerpoint "narrations" often where I add voice to each slide, then
our IT folks save this to a flash file that is easily viewable by sutdents,
with audio and all. Can I, however, tie voice annotation to specific custom
animation? That is, I want one voice clip to play when the slide shows up,
a 2nd voice clip to play with the same mouse click that brings in the first
animation, etc. Can anyone help me out?
