time delay

When I send messages in Outlook 2002, the time is delayed
by one hour. At the bottom of the Windows office XP
screen is current.
How do I change to the correct time in Outlook?

Check your time AND daylight savings time settings under both Control Panel
and Outlook tools->options->calendar. Make sure they all match.
