Time Difference

Hi... I'm trying to calculate the total number of months difference between a
hire date and the current date (now()) but keep getting a "#VALUE"
My employment date is in C2 and I need the result in C3, can anyone help?

C2: =DATEDIF(C2,TODAY(),"m")
