Time Picker

I am looking to insert a control similar to that of a Date Picker control but
instead of the date I would like to be able to pick a specific time..does a
control like that exist?

1) Plase datepicker on yoyr form
2) click DatePicker properties
3) click Format
4) choose time format you like

I have tried changing the properties for the date picker but when I click it,
it still only gives me the option to pick a date not the time. This happens
even if i set it not to display the time.

Sorry I meant when I set it no to display the date. When I pick a date it
will show a time but it'll default to "12:00am"
