Is ther a way to have a 2nd page autoload after a specified number of seconds
after hyperlinking to a 1st page?

In HTML view, add the following to the Head section:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="6;
URL=http://www.yourwebsite.com/your2ndpage.html">

The value given to 'content' is the number of seconds before the refresh
will take place; the value given to 'URL' is the page you want your visitor
sent to. You may also want to include a text link to the page in case your
visitor's browser does not support the 'refresh'.

How do I make this work if my page is in a iframe. I want it to opem mew site
in same tab or window. completly leaving my site.
