timeline changes color when I paste it into Word

Why would it do that? Once in Word, I can edit it and change it to the color
I want but why do I have to do that? It just happens on this one vsd file.
Anybody seen this before?

sometimes when the person creating the document wants to be creative, they
change the palette or create a custom color. When moved over to another
application the palettes don't match and the system tries it's best, but,
oops....

But it's the right color in Visio.
If I edit it in the Word doc I can change the color back to what it's
supposed to be so there is a way around it. I really would like a permanent
fix though. Any ideas?
