timeout

I'm getting timeout error messages using Microsoft Outlook
2002 connecting to MSN (DSL) Hotmail Web-based email with
email sizes larger than 1 meg.

MSN tech support claims all problems are within Outlook
2002. However MSN does not support Outlook.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
