Times of Day

Is there any way to add a time of day to a task so it can be set up as
more of an actual schedule? (ex. - "person x" works on "task a" at
8:00 a.m.)

Hello Bytek,

You can display time in addition to dates. Go to Tools > Options, and
on the View tab, select a date format which shows time.

On a side note, you should not be manually entering dates and times.
The tasks should be scheduled through dependencies, lead, lag, and
resource calendars -- not by entering dates.
