Timesheet maximum value problem

I have maximum value of 8h/day for tasks in timesheets. Now i need some
tasks to have more than 8h/day. Is it possible to change that value
only for some tasks or does it change the value for all tasks?

What happens if I change the value bigger than 8 and then enter the
time (example 24). After that I change the maximum value back to 8?
Then i have value 24 in the field, but it allows only 8 from now on..

To answer your question, you need to make up your mind, my friend. There is
no reason for you to continually change the "Maximum number of hours per
day" value. This decision needs to be governed by your organization's needs
for reporting progress. The value you input in this field governs ALL tasks
in the Project Server system, and you cannot change it for a few tasks only.
