Timesheet View - Override user settings?

Is there a global setting to override everyones timesheet settings. I
would like everyone to have "planned work" unchecked and to show
"outline level 1".

The limits to which you can customize the timesheet view in PWA are the
columns displayed, their width, and the position of the split bar between
the task sheet and the timesheet/Gantt Chart. Therefore, I would recommend
you make your desired settings a training and performance issue with your
people. Hope this helps.
