Timesheet view Project Server

R

Robert Laman

In Project Web Access under Tasks there is an option for an Timesheet view.
When I have selected the Timesheet view I can fill in the % work complete
and remaining work, but I don't want that. I want to write the hours for
each day on the right side.
To realise the I selected on the Admin -> Customize project web access ->
Specify the default method for reporting progress on tasks the following
option: Hours of work done per day or per week: Resources report the hours
worked on each task during each time period.
According to the manual this is what would do the trick, but nothing happends.
Please can someone help me to change this.

Thanks

Robert

Hi Robert,

Although several of the project server "gurus" do read and respond to this
newsgroup, you may get a quicker response if you post your question to the
project server newsgroup.

Hope this helps.

Robert --

You need to republish the assignments in each project to "push" the new
method of tracking to each user's timesheet in PWA. Open each project and
click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments, and then click OK.

In the future, please post your Project Server questions to the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup. Hope this helps.
