Timestamp Problems In Outlook 2000

I seem to be having a problem with the timestamp that is
being applied to my outgoing email messages. It is one
hour ahead of the time that is set in the Date/Time
configuration for my system. A test message sent to
myself seems to be 1 hour behind. Can anyone please give
me some advice as to why this is happening and what
possible solutions there might be to this problem? I
appreciate any help. Thanks.
