Timing to 0.05s

Is there anyway you can set animations to 0.00 degrees of accuracy? If you
type in, say, 0.05s, it seems to jump to 0.1s

You can adjust to 2 decimal place (Lets say 0.05 seconds) for speed, but not
for delay.
