Title header doesn't at top of print out

On certain email printouts, the Title, which includes the Name, From,
Sent,
To, Subject, and Attachment header does not print at the top of the
paper.
Only the body of the email appears. This just started happening.

Steps Taken:

Installed Outlook 2003 SP2, but didn't help.
Printed specific email from multiple user computers and to different
printers and same problem occurred. Also, the emails are usually
replies.

ie. This is what doesn't appear at the top of the email printout -

This seems to be a known problem and is somehow connected with Outlook 2003
and the installation of IE7.

The workaround is to format in plain text and then it should print as
desired.
