title master

There is an existing title master slide but I can't add another one I have
tried with the cursor on slide master, title master and on not selecting
anything - title master under insert is still greyed out. This is an existing
presentation that I am editing

You can only have on Title Master per Slide Master. Add another Slide Master
and then you'll be able to add a Title Master.
