TO ALL SUPPORTERS OF ARNO R AND HIS GOONS

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!!!

Today I received over 1000 bounced emails. Arno R and his goons are sending
mass emails with my email address to fictitious addresses and they are
bouncing back to my inbox. DO NOT tell me this could be a virus because it
has been verified that IT IS NOT!! I have also been receiving other unwanted
email at my office from Arno R and other forms of harassment at my office
from Arno R and his goons.

I will begin posting full page advertisements in the newsgroups unless all
the following is done immediately:
1. Arno R and his goons stop sending fictitious emails with my email
address
2. Arno R stops sending emails to my office
3. Arno R and his goons stop all other forms of harassment at my office
4. The slanderous website about me is shutdown permanently
5. All tracking of my posts to the newsgroups stops immediately
6. All subversive responses to my posts to the newsgroups stops immediately

You all have supported, promoted and encouraged Arno R and his goons long
enough.

IF YOU THINK THIS IS A BIG JOKE, YOU DON'T CARE A DAMN ABOUT THE
NEWSGROUPS!!!

IF YOU THINK I AM KIDDING, DON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT ARNO R AND HIS GOONS AND
YOU WILL BEGIN SEEING LOTS OF ADVERTISING!!!!

Any subversive responses to this post will be taken as a green light to
begin posting full page advertising.

Thank you, does this mean you'll stop advertising?

Hypocrisy - You've already shown enough contempt for cdma's charter so
as to brand yourself accordingly as "not caring about the newsgroups".
Any subversive responses to this post will be taken as a green light to
begin posting full page advertising.

"Subversive"? It's amusing that you have such an overblown view of your
own importance so as to call something "subversive". Must we now ask
your permission or clear your committee of "UnStevelike usenet behaviour"?

Wow, I've seen some self-important usenet loons before, but this is
ridiculous.

Nevertheless, I think email bombing is not a good thing to do,
regardless of whether or not you morally deserve it. Whoever is
involved, SHOULD STOP and it you would be advised to get some of the
headers and make appropriate complaints to ISPs.

Your threat, by the way, is typical of that of a psychotically abusive
spouse - "if I can't have things my way, I'll just destroy you and
everything around". The results of which all of us, all over the world,
see sad news stories on all too frequently. You should really examine
your reaction to this.

Steve,
So, you will seek some kind of revenge against the 1,000s of people who use
the public news groups for something that you BELIEVE was caused by one or a
few participants? That is a stupid as a city setting speed limits to 10 mph
because the police believe a couple motorists were speeding.

I would never agree with and I am not aware of any of this behavior that
your are blaming on others. I have never seen any kind of proof and find it
a little difficult to believe that anyone would take the time or effort to
do this to you.

If your behavior went beyond your normal advertising, I would expect several
others to take additional measures to convince you to use news groups only
as they were intended.

Go to hell, Duane!!! You have been encouraging Arno R and his goons all
along.

I'm not kidding!!!!

<<find it a little difficult to believe that anyone would take the time or
effort to do this to you.>>

How much time and effort do you think it took Arno R to create his
slanderous website about me?

This should make complaints to your ISP all the more likely to be acted upon.

I have not encouraged anyone to do anything. I have attempted to discourage
you from advertising. I have also made a very consistent attempt to never
call anyone names. I still recall as a 5th grader telling someone in class
to "go to h...". I was embarrassed as a elementary school student for having
said this.

I am disappointed in myself because I once called you "stupid". I have tried
to limit my criticisms to your actions and not you personally. I'm sure if
you dig, you can find a post where my target was your rather than behavior.

The following is a more appropriate and ethical way of complaining about
Steve's posts if you are offended by his abuse of the cdma charter. If
someone IS actually doing the supposed email bombing Steve described,
then IMO that person is violating their own ISP's acceptable use policy
and should have their account revoked.

It should also be pointed out that Earthlink, Steve's ISP, or the means
by which he posts to usenet, has the following policy on usenet, found
under "Acceptable Use" at http://www.earthlink.net/about/policies/use/

"m.News. EarthLink Members should use their best judgment when posting
to any newsgroup. Many groups have charters, published guidelines, FAQs,
or "community standards" describing what is and is not considered
appropriate. Usenet can be a valuable resource if used properly. The
continued posting of off-topic articles is prohibited. Commercial
advertisements are off-topic in most newsgroups, especially regional
groups not specifically named for such. The presence of such articles in
a group is not indicative of the group's "intended" use. Please
familiarize yourself with basic Usenet netiquette before posting to a
newsgroup."

If you do feel Steve is violating the newsgroup charter, then forward
the full headers of the offending post to (e-mail address removed). Most
ISPs will be unable to do anything without the full headers, and most
will ignore any email complaint which includes the offending post as an
attachment. Send it in line.

The usual and civilized method of complaining about a poster's behaviour
is to first admonish him publicaly or privately, and, if that fails,
then complain to the ISP. I think the first part of the above process
has been done exhaustively.

If he was posting pure spam, that would not be a problem, but plonking him
will mean that he can prey on his victims, the new users, with impunity.

Hi Steve

Sorry about all the fuss. I've remonstrated with all the goons about
messing with your e-mail and they promised never to do so in the
future.
Just in case they want to get in touch with you for legitimate purposes
though, I taught them how to send free anonymous faxes to your fax
number.

So, you see, something has been done and you can just calm down now and
get a great night's sleep.

Hope this helps!

Your buddy,
(Evil Twin) Kyle

PS
Did you take all your pills today? C'mon guy, you promised and it's
REALLY important!

Now that I think about it - I think that I might just stick to hanging
around moderated forums. I'm quite tired of this and would love to
revoke your posting privledges if at all possible.

Tom,

Actually you are to be commended!! Your reaction is very sensible and
mature.

If the handful of jerks just took your approach, the problem would quickly
just go away.

"the problem would quickly just go away". I believe the concensus of every
participant in these threads (other than you) is "advertising is out of
place in public news groups". Are you suggesting that you will do your best
to not advertise in news groups?

Tim, i understand the reference to "in line" as opposed to email attachment.
but what do you mean by "full headers"? do you mean the "From:", "To:", and
"Subject:" lines? or something else that should be included in the email?
tia, tina :)

Is this a hoot or what! The king of newsgroup spam complaining about
receiving spam.

Everyone with an email address gets spam. When Steve gets spam, it must be
a conspiracy. Don't fret Steve, you're not paranoid. Everyone really is
out to get you.

Nope. The full headers includes a lot more info. (In Outlook Express,
open a message and then go to File/Propertis/Details.

Go to hell, Duane!!

Here are your own words --
<<I would not have criticized you if this thread was about 10 replies long
and
it was clear that the OP needed to find a contractor.

And how about this one --

Yep, and this was after your posts a few months ago that said to the
effect that some of PC's posts/responces were misleading because the person
would not know that for more extensive help there would be a charge for it.
I thought this was a bogus and still do, people can figure that out for
themselves.
Just like the links that others have supplied to their webstsites,
people will know that for more extensive help there will be a price. For
example: I have not yet seen a comment from you about Kevin Hill of 3NF
Consulting. Do you really think that anybody that goes to the "Newsgroups"
(that is not a newsgroup listing) page think that any furthur help is free.
One link on there is only emil, but the other is for phone support at 1.39
per minute, and of course they can go to the menu items for services,
pricing, etc.
(Name omitted so Arno R and his goons could not attack him)

And how about ---
Larry Linson asked me some time ago if I would subcontract to him some of
the work I was doing for people from the newsgroups who came to me for help
