To cancel a sent message

To cancel a message after it is sent, select the message,
click the Message menu, and then select Cancel Message
this is the HELP menu tip -- BUT NOW if there is no
Cancel Message under the Message menu - where do one
cancel the message?

These menus do not exist in Outlook - what program and version are you
using? Check Help->About.

account will be deleted without reading.
