Sorry for my English.
I mean if there is any option to set the window of the
WordPad to be always on Top because I found better to use
WordPad for notes than other applications.

If you want to have it always on top, don't start any other programs.
Alternatively, get a second monitor and have Wordpad active on one screen
and the other program with which you are working on the other.
