TO UNINSTALL OR NOT...???

I have been using the trial version of office pro. I really like it but
realized I want Ultimate. So now that my trial has expired how do I back up
my contacts, calendar etc... Once the trial expired I have limited use and
the export it one of the limits.

Does anyone know how the new product will install with the old trial version
still on my computer? Any suggestions? I am afraid to uninstall, as I don't
want to lose my information, also I am not good at exporting/backing up!

Uninstalling doesnt impact on data, but as with any operation on a PC a
backup of data is wise.
You *must* uninstall any trial prior to installing the retail edition
Your outlook data is contained within the *.pst file, installing the new
installation of outlook should connect to your old data file, if it doesnt
its a simple process to reconnect it
You do not export native outlook data, to backup you simply copy the data
file, with OL closed

Thank you very much for the response. As I stated earlier, I am not
"good"(skilled) about backing up. how do I find the .pst file and how do I
perform the back up process?
