ToC with page ranges

Is there any way to have a Table of Contents list a range of pages
For instance, if Section 1 starts on page 1 and ends on page 4, I'd like the ToC to look something like this
Section 1..........................................1-

No, there is no way to do this, and it should not be necessary. Each section
is presumed to end at some point before the next one begins.
