I CANT ORGANISE OUTLOOK TODAY FOLDER EVEN THOUGH I AM
PRESSING THE BUTTON THAT SAYS ORGANISE

The organize button is only for other mail folders. If you mean you are
trying to customize Outlook today and the button won't do anything, see
OL2000: You Cannot Customize Outlook Today After You Install Critical Update

You can edit the registry to make changes to Outlook Today.
