Toolbar lowlights

I just installed Office 2003 and when I am in Outlook
most of my toolbar is lowlighted (forward, reply, reply
all, etc). How can I get these options turned on? Thanks

If your focus is on the folder list then they will be greyed out. Try
clicking on a message and they should work.
