I am using Outlook 2000 SP3 on Win2k and occasionally the "Advanced" and two
of my "Custom" toolbars will vanish. When I right click in the toolbar area
to select a toolbar, these are no longer available on the drop-down list.
So this forces me to reboot the computer. Sometimes I think it may be
related to the screen saver (MS blank), but not sure because it is random,
not consistent. Any suggestions?
