Top Level Task Report

How can I make the report show my custom column "Project #", Priority, and
Resource Name? I can get by without the Cost and Work columns for this
report.

If you look at the definition of that report it uses the Summary table. If
you edit that table to include the fields you want then the report will
show those fields.

Click View | Tables | More tables

Find the Summary table and select it
Click edit
Add or remove the fields you want.

Save it and then look at the report again and it should have the right
fields.
