Track Changes - HELP!!

I have received a document and need to edit it.There are changes to the document. When I right click on the changes to either accept/reject the changes it doesnt allow me to do so.The "track changes" option is also greyed out
Please help

It may be protected. Try Tools | Unprotect Document.
