Track Changes in Excel 2000

I am sharing a document and select track changes and want to show the
changes on my screen. But everytime I save and close the document and go
back into it, the trck changes do not show on my screen until I go to Tools,
track options...... Does anyone know of a way to keep the settings to show
the changes as soon as you open a document?
