Tracking Changes for Protected Templates

Hi,
I have a protected template with fields for my users, and
would like to have tracking changes on for the template.
The template is protected for one section and open for
users to change in section two - that is where I want
tracking changes available. In this protected template,
I also have fields in the header.

Maybe someone else knows otherwise, but I think you canonly use one type of protection at a time in a document
