Tracking Changes

Are you able to track changes so others can see the changes you have made?

Hi HRS,

I assume you are looking for something along the lines of the revision
feature in Word? Nothing as direct in Project, but there is a Compare
Project Versions toolbar in Project 2003 and I believe in Project 2002. It
was an add-in for Project 2000.

The best way to show changes is to set a baseline for the entire project. To
do this go to Tools>Tracking>Save Baseline.
Once you've done this you can make your baseline bars or baseline dates
(column) show up. For bars go to Format>Bar Styles and add to the list. You
can also add columns for Baseline Start/Finish.
