Tracking delays in schedule

Is it possible to track delays caused by others with Splits? If not, what is
the best way to aaccount for lost hours of work?

Hello,
You can split tasks as you want:
- Use the "Split task" button on the tool bar
- Enter a zero value for some days in the Actual Work row of the task in
the Task Usage or Resource Usage views
