Tracking in Outlook Journal

Since applying all of the current patches to Outlook,
Office & Windows 2000, Outlook has stopped tracking
activity in Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint in the
journal. It stopped suddenly 6/17/03.

Anybody out there got any ideas?
