Tracking Tasks in Journal

Up until my company upgraded to Outlook 2003, I occasionally took advantage of the Journal keeping listing tasks that were marked completed on a given day. I didn't set up the Journal to do this, it just occured and occasionally I'd refer to it. Now since the upgrade the tasks aren't displayed there and I can't see any MS reference as to how this might be set up. Any suggestions?
