I want to track all my activities with many of my contacts – things like
emails, letters, phone calls etc etc.
Does anyone have experience of using Outlook for this – the ordinary
Outlook, not the Business Contact Manager – and can recommend a way of
working that works! I can accept that there will be limitations as I know
Outlook is not designed as a customer management programme – what I am
looking for is some tips on the best way to work with what it does offer and
what the downsides / limitations actually are.
With thanks in advance to those who are prepared to share their experience
here.
