I am not even sure which newgroup to post this in but
here it goes.

I'm currently working on a database that contains three
studies in one db. Each studies uses the same forms but
at different intervals. There are approx 20 forms and
they have its own formid. All the participants will have
a baseline date.

Example -study1 -uses form 1 at baseline, 6months,
9months 12 months
study2 uses form 1 at baseline ,12 months
study3 uses form 1 at baseline, 24 months
etc. and it goes on with all 20 forms.
* sometimes they are scheduled to see more then one
person at a visit.

What i need to do is track when a patients needs to come
in for their next visit. I am not certain what is the
best way to do this.
Thanks lee

By "forms" do you mean paper forms? or Access Form objects? What is
the struture of your Tables?
Example -study1 -uses form 1 at baseline, 6months,
9months 12 months
study2 uses form 1 at baseline ,12 months
study3 uses form 1 at baseline, 24 months
etc. and it goes on with all 20 forms.

I'm not at all sure I understand. What does this have to do with the
"Forms"?
