traking and dues do

I am using OL 2003 can I track my members attendance? and once a year there
dues is do. It seems I can use birthdays or anniversaries can I edit that
field? I can get a pop up when the dues is do. Or can you point me in the
right direction of a program that would be more beneficial to me
