Transfer data from OUtlook 2000 to Outlook 2003

Can anyone tell me how to transfer the following from
Outlook 2000 into Outlook 2003?

Address book

Calender data

Archived email files

All of your data should be in files with .PST extensions. Look at the
following two articles for help with this -- one is a primer on Outlook
files, and the other gives instructions for moving to a new Outlook 2002
machine (it should work for Outlook 2003 as well).
