Transfer e-mail from Outlook-Express to Outlook

I am currently using Outlook Express to receive my e-mail.
I would like to use Outlook instead. What do I set it up?

From the Outlook Menu, choose "File|Import/Export...", then select "Import
Internet Mail and Settings" and choose the "Outlook Express" selection
