Transfer Files/Settings Between Computers

Hope there is a simple solution;

I recently changed locations on a small three person
network. I used the file transfer utility to bring all of
my files to the new computer, but I am stumped on how to
bring over all of my Outlook 2003 settings and files
(Inbox, calendar, contacts, etc) to the other computer.
The rest of the file transfer went great except for this.
Thanks in advance.

Copy your .pst file and then use File->OPen from Outlook.
