Transfer of EULA and re-activation of Office Pro 2003

A guy has a used copy of the retail version of Office Pro
2003 to sell. He has activated for his use. I wish to buy
it and transfer the EULA and re-activate the software.

I understand that to be legal he must remove it from his
PC.

MS.com says to contact "Microsoft Activation Center" to
activate after transfer.

How in the world do I contact them. I did a search and
found nothing telling me how they can be contacted.

If you have a idea how I can ask MS this question with
out having to refinance my home to pay for their help I
would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance for you help!

When you install the software and run the first program, you will be
prompted to activate it. Use the telephone method and you will see
toll-free numbers for your locale. It takes about 3 minutes and is
painless.

BTW, Microsoft Product Support is one of the least expensive support
options. Try Adobe sometime.
