Transfer Templates from Word 2000 to 2003

wpuld anyone be kind enough to tell me how i can copy
emplates i created in word 2000 on one machine and
transfer them to another system running word 2003?

also, when i print documents created in word 2000 on the
system running word 2003, the font sizes and margins are
changed. is this a known issue and if so is there a fix?

Copy the templates to a floppy, CD, Zip disk, or the like, then copy them
from that medium to the user templates folder of the new machine.
