Transferring emails from one machine to another

I'm not sure I'm even in the right newsgroup. Can someone either answer
this question or direct me to the newsgroup that can:

How do I transfer all of my stored email messages in Outlook on one computer
to another computer?

Assuming you're a standalone user and you use a .PST file, just copy the
..PST to the new machine, make sure it's not marked read only, and tell
Outlook to use it as your default .PST. (Unless you're using Outlook 2003,
which has a new .PST file structure -- in that case you'll want to copy your
data from the old .PST to the new one.)
