Transferring Folder Contents to Other Users

I currently access Outlook through MS Exchange, in a multi-
user environment, and have a number of folders set up to
store old messages. I will be leaving the company shortly,
and would like to know if it is possible to transfer the
contents of different folders to different users.

Can other users see these folders now, if so they can simply drag/drop into
there mailboxes alternately you can export just these folders to a pst and
then the other users can import them in, import/export is accessible from
the File menu
