Transferring Outlook files

HI,

I have a new computer and want to transfer the files from
Outlook to the new computer (Contacts, Birthdays,
Scheduled appointments etc.)

How do I do this?

Use PST files. New -> Outlook Data File -> Personal
Folders. A new folder will be created on your folder
list. You can drag and drop other folders to this new
personal folder and you will be able to save the PST file
and transfer it to another machine.
