Transition lines in Power Point Presentation

I have an existing presentation that I need to change the transition on. I
want to keep the title of each slide constant and transition in each line as
I talk about it. How do I do this?

Don't really understand your problem. Are you referring to the slide
transition or custom animation? If you want to apply custom animation onto
all the title and content placeholders, click View > Master > Slide Master.
Add the animation effects from there.
Close master view and the effects should be applied to the presentation.
