transition timings

I have created a presentation and can't get my transition
timings to work correctly. I have each slide set to
transition after 7 seconds from the last event. However,
once the last event happens, the slide transitions so
quickly that you can barely see the last event on the
slide. How can I correct the problem?

Slide transitions are measured from the previous transition completion or
the completion of the last animation, whichever is greater. So you will
need to reset the transition time to allow for the animations to run, then
add your 7 seconds delay and plug that number into the timed advance box.
It should then work as you require.
