translating into spanish

I have office xp and believe that I should be able to translate into spanish.
Where do I find that option?

Word does not 'translate' between languages. For that you need ideally a
human translator familiar with both languages, but for translating the odd
phrase there are several resources available on the web that will make a
stab at translation. Whether the results would be familiar to anyone
speaking the other language remains to be seen.
