transposed contact info in word document

When I select a contact record and select command to create a word document
with the address information, the name of the contact is reversed e.g. last
name and then first in the word document.

Clarify what you are doing.
There is no such "command."
Specify your versions and anything else that will explain what you mean.
Remember, we can't see what you're doing. Only you can.
