TREO 650 Calendar sync

I make an entry in the desktop, it appears on the Treo. I make an entry on
the Treo and it does not appear on the desktop.
Emails show in both places as does the contact entries.
I can't figure it out.

Not an Outlook question. Ask the manufacturer of your synchronization
