Trial version of Office Small Business 2007

I downloaded the trial version of this, but when I try to run it to install I
get a message which says: File was blocked because it does not have a valid
digital signature that verifies its publisher.

This is on a new laptop running Vista Home Premium. Can anyone help?

Hi, Deb,

Are you logged into Windows with an account that has administrator
privileges?

A newsgroup search turned up this recommendation:

Internet Options in Control Panel, Security tab, "Custom Level" button, see
the 'activeX" options. Also, on the Advanced tab, the security area has some
checkboxes for certificates.
