trialkey for office does'nt work help?

I recently bought a new HP desktop with a 60 day trail of Microsoft Office
installed. The only problem is that the product key " on back of the disk
provided is not reconized by microspft. I then contacted HP everything they
told me was incorrect. www.microsoft.com/office/trailkey is not reconized,
also www.microsoft.com/office/editions/prodinfo/trial.mspx is not reconized
by MSN. If anyone has a solution Please share it with me.
